Arnell Wilson was born in Ethelsville, AL to James and Mary Ella Hudgins. She was sixth of ten children. Arnell attended schools and graduated high school in 1970 from Hopewell High School. Just two years after her high school graduation, she married the love of her life. After high school, she began her work career. She was employed with United Technologies, Glenn Manufacturing, and Wal-Mart, where she retired. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching TV, especially her "stories". Her greatest love was her family. Arnell was the woman in the family who made sure they all were taken care of and wrapped in love. She confessed her faith to Christ at an early age and was a member of Mecedonia C.M.E. Church.

She ended her earthly journey peacefully on August 19th surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings: James Arthur Hudgins, Herbert Hudgins, Delois Thatcher, Ruby Nell Holt and Beverly Hudgins; and her grand- daughter, Sierra Brown.
