Bobby C. Peoples was born in Lowndes County, MS to Silas Peoples, Sr. and Clara Monroe Peoples on February 8, 1957.
He transitioned from earth to Heaven on Saturday, November 25, 2023. He quietly slipped away at his sister. He grew up in Artesia, MS. Bobby was a mechanic and he loved to fixed on people's cars.
Bobby was employed with Johnston Tombigbee Furniture Manufacturing Company for almost 50 years.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife, Sarah L. Sherrod, Siblings, Mary Peoples and Silas Peoples, Jr., sister-in-law, Betty Peoples; niece, Yolanda Peoples-Neal and brother-in-law, Jesse Sherrod.
He leaves his children: Daphne Sherrod, LaQunda Sherrod and Moesha Brewer all of Artesia, MS; six grandchildren, Sarkyla Brooks, Damian Brooks, Jada Sherrod, TyAnthony Culpepper, Justin Brooks and Ladrienna Williams, One-great grandchild, Jordan Brooks; his siblings, Janie (Robert) Deloach, Willie Peoples, Milton (Cynthia) Peoples, Mildred Peoples, Leroy (Terri) Peoples, Ernest Peoples all of Artesia, MS. and Shirley Vaughn of Starkville, MS; two uncles, Jimmy (Mary Lean) Peoples and Willie " W.P." Peoples both of Artesia, MS; five brothers-in-law, Luster Sharrod, Walter (Terri) Sherrod, Jr., Roosevelt Hairston, Eddie (Elder Diane) Sherrod, and Rev. Tony (Felesia) Sherrod; six sisters-in-law, Leola Sherrod, Melinda (Randy) Selvie, Ethel Jean (Robert) Brewer, Ernestine Brown, Sherlene (Donnie) Harris and Elder Lois Moody; and a host of other relatives and friends.
