Obituary

Born on May 23, 1964, in Bigbee Valley, Mississippi, Dianne lived a life of service, resilience, and unwavering love for her family. As a proud first-generation college graduate, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and her master's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, creating a legacy that continues to inspire.

Sergeant First Class Dianne Bush honorably served over 21 years in the United States Army, retiring as a NCO in June 2010. Her distinguished military career included many awards and deployments to Saudi Arabia, Bosnia, and Iraq, where she served with courage, leadership, and dedication.

Outside of her military service, Dianne found joy in traveling, gardening, listening to music, and spending time with those she loved. She also loved seeing photos of her grandpuppy, Whiskey. Above all, she treasured being a mother and grandmother. Her granddaughter, Nij, brought her immeasurable joy and held a special place in her heart.

Dianne's life was one of service, determination, and unconditional love. Her strength, wisdom, and compassion shaped her family and inspired everyone who knew her.

Her legacy will live on in every life she touched.
