Buckhalter
January 2, 1991 – April 6, 2026
Dominique Lamar Buckhalter passed away on April 6, 2026, at his residence. Born on January 2, 1991, in Columbus, Mississippi, to James Buckhalter and Phyllis Hopkins, Dominique's life touched the hearts of many, and his memory will forever be cherished.

Dominque was affectionately called “Nique” by his family. He is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, James and Sallie Mae Buckhalter and Rachel and Benny Hopkins, Sr. whose love and guidance shaped the person he became.
Dominique is survived by his father James Buckhalter, (stepmother) Mary Ann Alcaraz-Buckhalter of El Paso, TX, his mother Phyllis Hopkin of Columbus, MS along with one brother, Christopher Hopkins of Charlotte, NC, and one sister, Annysha Alcaraz-Buckhalter of El Paso, TX, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and friends who will miss his infectious smile.
