Fannie Lee Tate, lovingly known as "Webe," was born on June 2, 1960, in Macon, Mississippi, to Wallace Beamon, Sr. and Luerena Beamon. From an early age, Fannie accepted Christ and began her faith journey at Springhill M.B. Church, a foundation that remained an important part of her life.
Fannie attended school in Noxubee County and carried with her the values of hard work, love for family, and perseverance throughout her years. She later became a devoted member of Holy Ghost Temple Healing & Deliverance Ministry, a church she truly loved and supported with her whole heart.
A dedicated and dependable worker, Fannie spent many years employed at Trim Joist and Bryan Foods, where she was known for her commitment and strong work ethic.
Fannie Lee "Webe" Tate departed this life on December 16, 2025, at her residence. She will be remembered for the love she poured into her family, her faithfulness to her church, and the lasting impact of her presence on all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Luerena Beamon, and two brothers, Wallace Beamon, Jr. and Jasper Beamon.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Samantha Tate, Antwoine (Damineta) Tate, and Timothy Tate, all of Columbus, Mississippi; her siblings, Dorothy Jackson and Johnny (Erin) Beamon, also of Columbus, Mississippi; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will continue to hold her love and legacy close.
Her life was a blessing, her memory will remain a treasure, and her love will live on through every generation she touched.
