Frank Rice was born in Columbus, MS on November 23, 1968 to Frank Rice, Sr. and Barbara Muskin Talley.  He departed this life on February 27, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT.

He confessed Christ at an early age.  Before he became ill, he was employed with TrimJoist of Columbus, MS.  To know Frank was to love him.  He was always full of life and had a sense of humor that would brighten anyone's day.  He always had a passion for helping others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Rice, Sr.; his grandparents, Tom and Fannie Marhall, Edward and Willie Pope; his sister, Sonya Rice.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  his parents, Barbara and Pastor W. C. Talley; his son, Kaujai Tylazurus Rice; two grandchildren, Kamorah Rice and Jaybrionna Rice; sisters, Janet (Gregory) Wells, Lori Bailey, Tracey (James) Betts, Tonya Rice, and Carolyn Ashford; his special aunt, Rose Marshall and friend, Henry Will Moore.  He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
