Jane Brown-Griggs was born in Brooksville, MS, on August  29, 1943  to  the  late  Lucille  Williams-Baskerville  & Emmit  Jackson.  She  confessed to  Christ  at  an  early  age  and joined a church in Brooksville MS. She attended and graduated from Noxubee County High School. She was also a graduate of Harris School of Cosmetology.

She  is  proceeded  in  death  by  her  mother  Lucille  Williams- Baskerville, father Emmitt
Jackson, husband Raymond Griggs son Wilferd "Scooter" White, daughter Ashley Brown-Williams,
sister Desi Baskerville

She   is   survived   by   her   son   Jermaine   Brown,   sisters Stella(Thomas) Johnson,
Ruthie(Bobby) Young, Audrey(Keith) Welch,  Goldie(Darnell)  Rhodes,  brother  Calvin  Baskerville.
Grandchildren  Ny'Darian  Brown,  Ashia  Williams,  Isaac Williams Jadon Brown, & a host of
cousins, family and friends.
