Javonta Williams was born February 17, 1975 in Noxubee County, MS, to the late Daisy Williams and the late John Williams

He confessed hope in Christ at an early age and joined Oakland M.B. Church in Crawford, MS where he remained a member until death. He graduated from West Lowndes High School in 1994, he was later employed at Steel Dust Recycling, LLC in Millport, AL.

On the morning of Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS the angels called him home. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Marcus and Carlos Williams, his grandparents, John Rogers, Sr. and Annie Dora Williams; his aunts, Roxie Malone and Betty Rogers; his uncles, Nathaniel, L.C. and Dennis Rogers.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two loving sons, Jailen and Jaiden Williams of Starkville, MS; two brothers, Hosea (Keisha) William of West Point, MS, and Tarius Williams of Crawford, MS; four sisters, Shacarra (Jimmy) Staples of Tupelo, MS, Tocarra (Jimmie) Thomas of Crawford, MS, Alexia Williams and Erica Henry of Columbus, MS; four special devoted sister and brothers/cousins, Katzman, Sr., Kimberly, Courtney and Lavares Rogers all of Crawford, MS; one special aunt/mother, Annette Rogers of Crawford, MS; two aunts, Mary Staples of Columbus, MS and Earlean Stallings of Starkville, MS; six uncles, Sammie, James and L.H.  (Mary) Williams of Columbus, MS, Tommy Rogers of Columbus, MS, Will (Annie Mae) Rogers of Crawford, MS, and John (Lynette) Rogers of Crawford, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
