Jennie L. Gunn, 79, died on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at her residence in West Point, MS. Graveside service will be Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Tibbee Community Cemetery. Rev. Robert Scott will be the officiant.

Mrs. Gunn was born in Lowndes County, MS to Bailey and Eldora O'Neal. She graduated high school from Fifth Street and was employed with Bryan's Food until retirement. Jennie was a member of Jones Chapel U.M. Church.

Jennie is preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Allen Gunn; and siblings: Bennie Gunn and Ike Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Jackie Childs and Allen D. Gunn; her siblings: Billie Odneal, John Bailey Odneal, Tracy O'Neal, Norma Odneal, Martha Clay, Barbara Gray, Mary Gandy, and Ollie Blair.
