Jessie was a proud graduate of B.L. Moor High School, where he distinguished himself on the football field. For an remarkable 47 years, Jessie served with unwavering commitment at the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center, where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant before his well-deserved retirement in 2010.
