Julia F. Williams was born in Lowndes County, MS on July 8, 1938 to Mary Lou and John Frierson, Sr. She accepted Christ at an early age and later joined St. James United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Minor Williams, Jr; brothers, John Frierson, Jr. and George Frierson; sisters, Georgia Murray and Mary McLaughlin.
