Kareem Lenard Hamilton was born January 18, 1975 to the union of Kayline and Patricia Hamilton.  He confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Cedar Grove Baptist Church where he remained a faithful member.  During his membership, he sang in the children's choir, adult choir, male choir and served on the Usher Board.

He was a 1994 graduate of Caledonia High School where he developed the love of basketball.  He loved all sports.  He developed a passion for coaching.  He coached baseball, basketball, and football. He also coached his boys and many others to countless victories.

He departed this life on July 26, 2022 at Slidell Memorial Hospital with his wife and family by his side.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  his devoted wife, Angela Abrams Hamilton of Columbus, MS; parents, Kayline and Patricia Hamilton of Columbus, MS; sons,  Cory White of Caledonia, MS, Lunden and Tyler Hamilton of Columbus, MS; brothers, Kayline Hamilton, Jr. of Columbus, MS, Kevin (Sherlonza) Hamilton of Shreveport, LA; father- in-law, Tommie (Linda) Abrams of Columbus, MS.  He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
