Lillie Ree Buress Moore, a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025 at the age of 69.  Lillie was born on March 7, 1956, in Macon, MS.

She lived a life marked by love, strength, and devotion to God and her family. She was known for her kindness, warm smile, and unwavering faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother Nettie Stewart and Father Worthy Dee Earby, two sisters Lillie May Earby and Evon Earby, two brothers William Earby and Wilie D. Earby.

Lillie leaves to cherish her memories: her two loving children, one daughter Shylanda (Clarence Neal) and one son Leon (Carrie Buress), her husband John Moore, one brother  Dee Earby, two grandsons Leon J. Buress and Carlos J. Hill, five granddaughters Neosha Buress, Dayna Simmons, Cailyn Hill, Cantrice Jefferson, and LaJoyce Hubbard, ten great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Lillie found joy in reading the word, doing crossword puzzles, putting puzzles together, spending time with family, and going to church. She will be remembered for her unwavering love and generosity.
