Lillie B.

Our Leading Lady answered her call and stepped into eternity on March 13th at 6:30 pm. Her watch as our mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend ended. The sixth child of eleven children was born on August 21, 1927, in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi to J.D. Hart and Lennie Doss-Hart.
Mother Lillie, accepted Christ at an early age and joined Pleasant Grove M.B. Church and later joined Brownridge M.B. Church. In 2008, she united with Faith Covenant Fellowship. She was fully committed to her role as a loving wife, celebrating 59 years of holy matrimony, honoring her vows “until death do us part.” Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.
