Lue Lee Taylor was born on April 26,1932 to the late Alfred and Sallie Taylor. She was the sixth of nine children of this union.
She confessed hope in Christ at an early age and became a member of Mount Moriah M.B. Church of Macon, MS and later joined Door of Hope leadership of Rev. Charleston Brown.
To know her was to love her. She had a passion for sewing, cooking, taking care of others and praising God most of all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Sallie Taylor: her brothers; Nick, Alfred, Joe, and Emmit and her sisters; Emma Taylor, Ruthie Williams, Mary Washington and Sallie Mae Buckhalter.
Lue Lee Taylor leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Christine Vance of Rock Island, IL; three sons, Birt (Alice) Bonner of Macon, MS, Dwight Taylor of Macon, MS, and Eddrin"Ted" (Tamika) Bonner of Memphis, TN; three sisters, Annie (Coty) Rice of Macon, MS, Lena Smith of Tupelo, MS, and Nancy Mae Cunningham of Artesia, MS; one special sister in law; Dollie Mae Taylor of Macon, MS, thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
