Marceau was born on September 3, 1982 in Columbus, MS to Mary Ann Sunivelle. He departed this life on June 26, 2026.

He accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Brick M.B. Church.

Marceau was intelligent, ambitious, and had a beautiful spirit that left a lasting impression on those who knew him. Throughout his life, he faced challenges that overshadowed the many gifts he carried with him. Even so, Those who loved him remember his generosity, his sense of humor, and the genuine compassion he showed to others.

Marceau was never afraid of hard work or lending a hand when the opportunity arose. More than anything, he will be remembered for the goodness that remained at the center of who he was.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Ann Sunivelle and grandparents Robert and Bessie Sunivelle.

He leaves to cherish his memories three children: Marceau Hogan, Jr of Columbus, MS; Brian Jahkobie Kelly of Montgomery, AL; Alajaiah Rayne Stephens of Columbus, MS to carry forward his legacy; Parents Charles (Ingrid) Hogan of Glendale, AZ and Michael George of Birmingham, AL; Six siblings: Derwin Sunivelle, Lashando (Chris) Carter, and Anberitha Matthews all of Columbus, MS; Michelle George of Birmingham, AL, Bradley George of Palm Spring, CA; and Edward George of Las Vegas, NV and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, extended family and friends.

Though his journey was not an easy one, his life mattered, and he will be remembered with love grace, and hope that he has found the peace that eluded him
