Quentin L. Potts, a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend, departed this life on August 3, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus. Born on February 16, 1970, in Kilmicheal, MS, to Isaac Gary and Juanita Potts, Quentin's life was a testament to love, service, and unwavering loyalty.
Quentin was a proud graduate of Eupora High School and honorably served his country as a U.S. Army Veteran. He dedicated his professional life to USIC and was a respected member of the Masonic Lodge Rising Star #282. A true fan through and through, Quentin's passion for the Dallas Cowboys was well-known among his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Juanita Potts.
Quentin leaves a legacy of cherished memories with his devoted wife, Danielle Potts of West Point, MS and his beloved children, LaQuentin Potts, Mya (Taylor) Henley, Christopher Lee, Antonio Vernard Dismuke and Diamond Lee. He will be deeply missed by his three brothers, Terry Potts, Melvin Potts, and Marvin Potts. Quentin's spirit will live on in his adored grandchildren, Taylor and Ki'Yeer Henley; and a host of other relatives and friends who were touched by his warmth and kindness. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
