Mr. Jones was born May 3, 1927, to the late Ezell Jones and Sally Hood. He was formerly employed by West Brothers Construction and was a member of Christian Hill MB Church. In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by a son, Ezell Jones. He is survived by his wife, Rosetta Jones of Macon; children, Ardean Moore and Christean Buckhalter, both of Macon, and Richard L. Jones of New York; brother, Johnny Jones of Columbus. Pallbearers are Lorenzo Owens, Carlos Jones, Alvin Silvers, Dewayne Taylor, Tommie Jones and Dudley Hopkins.
