Robert Lindsay Braddock was born in Macon, MS on October 3, 1965 to the late Clara Mae Sanders Braddock and the late Robert Linsay Anthony. He confessed his belief in Christ at an early age.

Robert Braddock was educated in the Columbus Municipal School System. He graduated from S.D. Lee High School on May 18, 1984 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy for a short period of time. With his quiet demeanor and beautiful spirit, he loved everyone around him. He had a big heart and epitomized hospitality. He had many gifts, but most of all you would often hear him say "He loved God and wouldn't steal from him or of his flock." Robert loved spending time gardening and getting to the fishing bank when he could.

Robert departed this life on January 3, 2025 and transitioned to his eternal home in glory. He is preceded in death by: his grandparents; his parents; his siblings including Linda M. Tucker, and his grandson, Ayden Hardy.

Robert's memories will forever be cherished by his children: Taylor M. Braddock and Alex A. Braddock both of Columbus, MS and Xavier (Travis) Baldwin-Hardy of Jacksonville, FL; his brother, Val R. (Aree) Braddock, Sr. of Columbus, MS; his grandchildren, Averi Jordan, Zariah Hardy and Ian Baldwin.

He also leaves to cherish his memories: his nieces, nephews; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
