Mr. Robert C Burrage was born on December 27, 1956, in Gholson, MS to the late Mr. Robert and Gracie Burrage.

He was called home to rest in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Robert confessed hope in Christ at an early age and united with the Mission Ridge Baptist Church.

He was previously employed by Poole Trucking in Columbus MS and Barge Forest in Macon, MS. He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Mr. Robert and Mrs. Gracie Burrage; one son, Mr. Montrael Burrage; one granddaughter, Ms. Kelsey Hearn; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy McCledon and Callie Benton.

He leaves to cherish his memories: four children, Takisha McNeese and Ashley Burrage both of Shuqualak, MS; two sons, Robert (Totsetta) Hearn of Dekalb, MS and Rykeem Burrage of Macon, MS; His Dear Friend, Sherry Eichberg; seven sisters, Kathy (Clarence) Davis of Macon, Ms. Esther Burrage, Essie Harris, Christine Irvins, Helen Bradford, Elise (Steve) Williams, Alice (Mike) Webster, all of Omaho NE, Pearl Hunt of Shuqualak, MS; four brothers, James Burrage of Omaho, NE, Curtis (Darline) Burrage of Lincoln, NE, Willie Burrage of Lynnville, MS and Fred Stennis of California; seven grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and a special friend, Tony Smith.
