Robert E
Parks Iii
September 13, 1989 – September 26, 2024
Robert Earl Parks III, a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.
Robert was affectionally known to his family and friends as "Lil Duke" and known to his trucking family as "Young Buck". He was born September 13, 1989 in Starkville, MS to Natasha Payton and Robert Parks Jr. Serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was a part of his up-bringing and he made the decision to accept Christ at an early age. He last served as a member of Harrison Grove Baptist Church.
Robert was a graduate of Noxubee County High School class of 2008. Upon graduating, Robert joined the family trucking business as a Professional Truck Driver. He quickly became known for his exceptional driving skills, learning from his dad and grandad. Not only did his driving skills excel, but so did his cooking skills. He loved cooking and spending time with his family and friends and always found ways to bring laughter to everyone around. His radiating smile would light up any room.
He departed this life on September 26, 2024 in Knoxville, TN. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jamaiyia "Tupac" Foote.
Robert leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, Pastor Natasha Payton (Lyndon) of Gilbert, AZ and Robert E. Parks, Jr. (Miranda) of Shuqualak, MS.; his children, Carter J.
