Obituary

Santonio Pierre Harris entered this world on April 5, 1983 in West Point, MS to Sammy Harris and Gail Harris. He was raised and lived in Columbus, MS his lifetime. Pierre attended the Columbus City Schools until graduation in 2001 from Columbus High School. He furthered his education at East Mississippi Community College earning a degree in Welding. He developed his Christian experience at United Christian Baptist Church.

Pierre used his degree and skills in welding and pipe fitting for several years at various companies including B & W, Ellis Steel, and Fabrication Supply. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and grilling. Pierre had a great passion for racing. He along with his family and friends attended and participated in racing events. His love for racing was also evident in the building of race cars of his own. Pierre also loved motorcycles as he was seen by many   often cruising the area. Pierre enjoyed life to the fullest with his most treasured time spent with family. He was a beacon of light for his family because of his genuine love and embrace of fellowship.

Santonio departed this life on the evening of September 26, 2025, in Columbus, MS. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Estella Randle, Tom Randle, Jr., and Samella Harris; and his uncle, Gabriel Randle.

Pierre's memories will forever be cherished by: wife, Susie "Ann" Harris; his children, Pierre Harris, Anthony Harris, Timothy Robinson, and Shamiyah Doss; his special grandchild, Jasmine Doss; parents, Gail and Sammy Harris; his brothers, Sammie Harris, Jr. and Samuel Blanchard; sister, Maryetta Porter; his aunts and uncles, Gregory and Penny Randle, Norris and Susan Harris, Ida and Johnny Cockerell, Kattie Stafford, and Eddie and Debra Harris; and a host many family members and friends.
