Timothy Lamar Clay, Jr. was born March 29, 1997, in Columbus, MS to Timothy L. Clay and Tonda Leshun Cox. Timothy attended Columbus City School District and graduated in 2016 with his high school diploma. He also attended East Mississippi Community College earning an associate degree. Timothy was currently employed as a store manager with Jack's Restaurant.

Timothy departed this life on July 9, 2023, in Columbus, MS.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Tonda Leshun Cox.

Timothy leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Timothy L. Clay; his grandparents: Barbara (Charles) Lowery and Richard (Ruby) Guyton; his siblings: Christian Richards, Bobby Davis, Timayla Jones, Malachi Jones, Jarvis Clay, Shemar Clay, Tinijah Isaac, Ariel Clay, Ariannna Clay, and Quenton Cox; a special aunt, Joyce Cox; and a host other relatives and friends.
