Obituary

Trevino S. Walker was born on October 16, 1975, in Columbus, MS, to Barbara Walker and Bobby Hill. He confessed his faith at an early age and was a former member of United Christian Baptist Church. Trevino lived his entire life in Columbus, MS, where he became a beloved figure in the community.

Throughout his career, Trevino dedicated himself to his work, most recently at the Hampton Inn, where his charm and dedication shone through in every task. Prior to that, he worked at Car-Mart in Columbus, MS, where he showcased his attention to detail while detailing cars. Trevino took pride in his work and always aimed to bring a smile to the faces of those he served.

Trevino had a passion for cooking, often delighting friends and family with his culinary creations. He had a remarkable ability to bring people together, whether through a shared meal or lively gatherings filled with laughter and music. His love for music was evident, as he found joy in the rhythms and melodies that accompanied his life.

Trevino S. Walker departed this life on August 22, 2025, at his place of work. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Trevino leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories to his children, Breaunna Marshall and Trace Walker both of Columbus, MS; his significant other, Teresa Smith of Columbus, MS; his bonus mother, Luvenia Hill of Columbus, MS; his siblings, Ibe (Jessica) Walker of Columbus, MS, Frank Walker Erie, PA,  Areo (Jodi) Walker of Albion, PA, Bobby Bishop of Columbus, MS, Monte (Chenavia) Jones of Memphis, TN, Jacqueline (Christopher) Lewis of Cordova, TN and Chandra Jones of Columbus, MS; 2 grandchildren, Keilani Marshall & Alana Marshall; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rest in peace, Trevino S. Walker. Your light will forever shine in our hearts.
