From an early age, Vincent confessed his hope in Christ at Glenn Chapel C.M.E. Church, embarking on a spiritual journey that illuminated his path and guided his compassionate heart. His jubilant nature was a beacon of light, always bringing warmth and cheer to those around him.Vincent received his foundational education in his hometown, graduating from Columbus High School in 2000. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and personal growth, he continued his academic pursuits at Stillman College where he graduated in 2007. In 2011, Vincent proudly pledged Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. through the Psi Gamma Gamma Chapter in Columbus, Mississippi, forging lifelong friendships and a brotherhood that remained dear to his heart.A man of great aspiration and dedication, Vincent was committed to serving his community. He honorably served for eight years with the Columbus Police Department, demonstrating bravery and a strong sense of duty. His commitment to public service continued as he dedicated 10 years to the Mississippi Department of Corrections, where his exemplary skills and unwavering resolve led him to become a valued member of the Special Response Team.In 2011, Vincent's heart found its match when he married his beloved wife, Jasmine Dupree.

Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with three wonderful sons: Vincent T. Samuel, II, Elijah Samuel, and Joshua Samuel. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he showered them with boundless love and affection.

Beyond his professional life and family devotion, Vincent possessed a profound love for music and found great joy in singing. His melodies often filled their home, reflecting the happiness and harmony he cultivated in his personal life. He was truly a family man, cherishing every moment spent with his wife, children, and his entire extended family.

Vincent was preceded in death by his two brothers, James Samuel, II and Kenneth Samuel, who surely welcomed him with open arms.

He leaves a cherished legacy of love and memories to be treasured by his devoted wife, Jasmine Samuel of Byram, Mississippi; his loving parents, Reverend James and Glinda Samuel of Columbus, Mississippi; his three adored sons, Vincent T. Samuel, II, Elijah Samuel, and Joshua Samuel, all of Byram, Mississippi; mother and father-in-love, Dennis and Shelia Dupree; Brother-in-love, Dennis J. Dupree (Felice) and a host of other dear relatives and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Vincent Tremayne Samuel's life was a testament to faith, family, and service, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
