Zenobia Brena
Marie Antionette Davis
December 24, 1992 – January 11, 2026
Zenobia Brena Marie Antionette Davis, a devoted daughter, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her residence on January 11, 2026. Born on December 24, 1992, in Columbus, Mississippi, to Christina Davis and Marcus Moore, Zenobia brought warmth, strength, and quiet grace to everyone who knew her.
Zenobia grew up in Columbus, where family and community were central to her life. She graduated from Columbus High School in 2011. While a student there, she balanced academics with extracurricular life — playing on the volleyball team and participating in AFROTC — demonstrating early on the teamwork, discipline, and leadership that would shape her adult years. After some time, she pursued higher education at East Mississippi Community College and, with determination and pride, graduated with an Associate degree in Business as part of the Class of 2022.
Zenobia was a poised, stylish woman who loved the simple joys of life. She enjoyed shopping and took pleasure in expressing herself through fashion. Bowling nights with friends and family were frequent highlights, full of laughter and friendly competition. Travel was another of her delights — she treasured the chance to see new places and make memories with loved ones. Above all, Zenobia loved being a mother; her children, Londyn and Laken Durrah, were the center of her heart, and she poured her energy into creating a loving, secure life for them.
Zenobia's love will forever be cherished by her by her two children, Londyn and Laken Durrah; her parents, Christina Davis and Marcus Moore; her life partner, Jonathan Durrah; her siblings, Veronica Davis, Autumn Davis, Ka'Den Davis, Taraji Holiness, Marcus Moore, Jr, Marquis Moore, Jemarcus Moore and Kiansha Johnson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Those who knew Zenobia will remember her for her steady composure, her gentle humor, and the quiet ways she showed care — the phone calls to check in, the small thoughtful gestures, and the pride she took in those she loved. Her legacy is carried forward in the children she raised, the family she cherished, and the many small kindnesses she leaves behind.
