Glenn Omar Dooley, Jr. was born on March 2, 1993, to Annie Rose Ervin Dooley and Glenn Dooley. He was known to everyone as Lil' Glenn or Jr. throughout his life. Lil' Glenn was a class of 2011 graduate of Noxubee County High School. After graduation, Lil' Glenn entered the workforce which afforded him opportunities to travel to many different cities, such as Las Vegas, Nevada and Boston, Massachusetts to name a few. During his time in Boston, Lil' Glenn created a precious life, Princeton Dooley.
Lil' Glenn shared fun and laughter with anyone he met. He was truly well loved by many. On September 19, 2023, Lil' Glenn gained his wings at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Richard Ervin and Jim Dooley; one uncle, Robert Dooley; and his beloved cousin, Jill Watt.
He leaves to cherish fun memories with his parents, Glenn and Annie Dooley of Macon, MS; his son, Princeton Dooley of Brooksville, MS; sisters, Latorrical Humphries, Angel Ervin, both of Brooksville, MS; Samantha Ross, Ashley Ross and April Dooley, all of Macon, MS; brothers, Jerrico Dooley of Macon, MS and Jomal Dooley of Jackson, MS; Memories are also left to cherish by his grandmothers, Mary Ervin of Brooksville, MS and Mary Dooley of Macon, MS; Cherishing precious memories are aunts and uncles, Chantilla (Edwin) Nix of Huntsville, AL, Amber Ervin of Columbus, MS, Lisa (James) Jackson, Shoronda Gray, Tivona and Antonio Dooley, Lisa Williams, Theresa Johnson, and Olivia Brown, all of Macon, MS, KaTina Dooley and Shaquitta Dooley of Atlanta, GA, Marilyn (Kenneth) Knowles of Louisville, MS. Richard (Lynnora) Ervin, James Ervin, Terry (Sara) Ervin all of Brooksville, MS, Joshua (DeAnna) Ervin and Jim (Patricia) Dooley of Columbus, MS, James and Donald Dooley of Crawford, MS and Joe (Kassondra) Dooley of Jackson, MS. Lil' Glenn leaves lasting memories with his close-knit cousins James "Cmo" (Chandelia Glenn) Dooley and LaPrecious Wells as well as close friends Jameka Little and James Jackson, Jr. Special Great-Aunts, Rosie (Bishop) Ricks of Itta Bena, MS and Great Aunt Linnie Bell Ervin of Tupelo MS; special Great-Uncle James Willie Ervin of Brooksville, MS. Lil' Glenn was well loved by 15 nieces and 7 nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
