Gloria Jean Wilkins was born July 3, 1953 in Columbus, MS to Rosie Wilkins and Ulysses Nelson Wilkins and Rosie Wilkins.

Gloria gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a former member of Springfield M.B. Church. She attended Hunt High School in Columbus, MS and was a private caregiver, homemaker, and chef. Gloria loved cooking and caring for her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers: Arthur and Johnny Davis, Andrew Walker; sisters: Rosie Woods, Irene Burke, and Mary Conner.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Sharon Necole Harris (Steven)Townsel of Columbus, MS; step-daughter, Nadine Ervin of Northport, AL; three granddaughters, Patrease Harris, Paris Harris, Laquita Bracey; two great-granddaughters; two brothers, Willie Davis of Columbus, MS and Gus (Gloria) Wilkins of Detroit, MI. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
