On Saturday, April 29,2023 our beloved James Howard Malone transitioned from labor to reward. James Howard affectionately known as " Fox" was born on June 28, 1948 to Annie Laura and West Malone, Sr.

During his youth, Howard attended Noxubee County Schools and later became a logger. After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In March 4, 1991 Howard joined in holy matrimony to Betty Jean Rupert. He joined New Jerusalem where they church together.

In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his son London, brothers, Harold, Sr., Robert, Eddie Will, West Jr., Archie Earl and Marvin and Sisters, Amye, Pinkie, Bertha, Ann, Ora Lee, and a special niece Annie Laura.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted and loving wife, Betty Jean; children, Michelle, James Jr., and Jessica; brothers, Emanuel and Larry both of Austell, GA, along with his sisters, Virginia of Shuqualak MS., Elfreda of Macon, MS, Louise and Brenda both of Indianapolis, IN. Howard also leaves behind a special brother, Willie Sykes (Geraldine) of St. Louis, MO and sister-in-law, Carolyn Malone of Indianapolis, IN; nine grand-children, one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will severely miss him.
