Kaleida Elizabeth
Lee
October 18, 1990 – July 28, 2025
Kaleida Elizabeth Lee, 34, was born to Pastor Clyde Edwards (Pastor Annie Edwards) and Eddie Mae Lee on October 18, 1990, in West Point, MS. She departed this life on July 28, 2025, at University Medical Hospital in Jackson, MS.Kaleida honored and trusted God for refuge and accepted our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She had many hobbies and pastimes that kept her busy. She enjoyed singing, recording music and cooking for her family. She loved spending time with her mother and daughter watching movies and having quality time with close loved ones. She also was an animal lover, especially for the family cat Sweetie.
Ms. Lee was also a working woman. She worked for several years in the customer service industry for companies such as Amazon, Progressive, and ATT, to name a few. Through hard work and dedication, she was able to overcome many of the obstacles her health put in her way. As her conditions worsened, she fought with all she had for years, until she was tired and couldn't fight anymore.
She is survived by her only child, Kamara T. Lee (16); her parents, Pastor Clyde (Pastor Annie) Edwards of Columbus, MS and Eddie Mae Lee all of Columbus, MS; 3 siblings, Danielle Lee Potts (Quentin Potts), Oronde Lee and Dannon Lee; and her husband, Brandon Shirley, all of Columbus, MS. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In the end it was he, our Father in heaven, who called her home to be in his presence and suffer no more. Kaleida will be missed so much, and our family appreciates all the condolences and well wishes. WE LOVE YOU KALEIDA and you will forever be in our hearts.
