Moose" Richardson
December 18, 1969 – February 29, 2024
Kevin "Big Moose" Richardson was born in Syracuse, NY on 18 December 1969 to the parents of Hattie Richardson (Deceased) and Clinton Richardson (Deceased). He departed this life on February 29, 2024, at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Ms.
Kevin accepted Christ as a teenager and joined Brick M. B. Church. He is a graduate of S.D. Lee High School Class of 1988. He loved and Cherished, his Family and Friends, and often mentioned heartfeltly, "We're all we got".
He is fondly known as a "Gentle Giant", the "Life of the Party", and a "Jokester", but no matter the titles…God knew him best. Even on his sick bed, Kevin could make you laugh whether he was trying to or not. He was just that guy, no matter what the situation in which he found himself.
Kevin is proceeded in death by his parents, Clinton and Hattie B. Richardson; a half-brother, Cole A. Richardson; his wife, Nakisha D. Morris Richardson; and baby daughter, Jaylen M. Richardson. Also, Maternal, and Paternal grandparents. Our brother fought a good fight… Until God said, Well Done.
Those that are left to cherish is memories are his children: Kevin Morris, Jasmine Richardson, and Kyle Richardson; his sisters, Bridget L. Richardson of Stonecrest, GA; Marcy L. Richardson (Cleophas) Belcher and Christie A. Richardson of Benton, AR; his brothers; Ronnie L. Richardson of Columbus, MS and half-brother Maurice C. Richardson of Dallas, TX; aunts, Emma L. Gunter, Essie M. Cohen and Charlene Stork of Columbus, MS. He also leaves to cherish his memories are nieces and nephews, Shandricka (Brian) Richardson, Franchesca (Christopher) Thompson, Joycelyn Brown, E'Natius Godley, Quenton Godley, Destinee Richardson, Rondasha Richardson, Ronnie Richardson Jr, DeAundre Dellon, and Kah'moni Richardson; grand-nephews and niece, Braylon J. Allen, Brenton I. Allen, Malani J. Thomas; and a host of family and friends; special friend, Tina Hannah.
