Obituary

Kourtney Foxworth was born to Tierra Foxworth on April 7, 2003, in Centreville, IL. She was helped raised by her step-up dad, Marquis Gardner, and uncle/daddy Terrence Gardner Sr. She confessed a hope in Christ at a young age. She received her education at East Saint Louis School District #189 until she was 9 years old when she moved to Columbus, Mississippi. She graduated from Columbus High School in 2021. She completed her sophomore year of college at Itawamba Community College in Fulton, MS. She was employed at Gholars Academy in childcare.

She ran track in high school and was on the Lowndes County Dance Company dance team. Kourtney loved to dance, sing, and listen to music. Kourtney was forever young & turnt. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family wherever she was there was a party. She lived everyday to the fullest! She was a fashionista who loved to shop, and her favorite thing to say was, "I'm fresh," and "I'm HER. That she definitely was happy, hardworking, and hilarious; Energetic, Entertaining, and Enjoyable; Rare, Real, and Reliable.

She was preceded in death by her  maternal great-grandmother, Ardie Rhodes; great grandmother, Ruth Montgomery; grandfather, David Thomas; grandfather, Ronald Flood; great-aunt, Nicole Thorton, Merry Norman; great-uncle Eugene Rhodes.

She leaves to cherish her memories : her mother, Tierra Foxworth, grandmother, Darletta Flood, great grandfather David Tallie, Jr. Aunts, Aquela Gardner(Terrence Gardner Sr.), Leslie Thomas, Leeann Anderson, uncle Alonzo Thomas Jr. Great Aunts, Diane Rhodes-Luster (Darryl Luster), Debra Bond(Lonnel) ,Sharon Thomas, Mary Louis Thomas, Stephanie Reynolds, Tamika Brown, Deena Tallie, Great-great aunt Mary Mosley, Great Uncles Leroy Thomas(Paula) James Thomas, Jerry Thomas, Michael Thomas, Dwane Thomas(Renita) Andre Thomas, Great uncle Ken Rhodes(Sharon) Dartalian Edmonds, David Tallie lll, Ronald Edmonds. Her special friend/sister Tanijah Issac; Ayana Gillard Bonus brother, Blake Burnett, and a host of other family and friends.
