Obituary

Pamela E. Sanders was born September 14, 1956, in Lowndes County to J.W. Brewer, Sr. and Elnora Brewer.

Pamela transitioned to her heavenly home on February 23, 2025.  She confessed Christ at an early age at East Sand Creek Church.  She later joined Zion Hill M.B. Church and then Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church where her husband serves as the Senior Pastor.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Lee A. Sanders on June 6, 1981.  This union of love was blessed with one child and they were married for 43 years.

Pamela was a fun-spirited, humorous and energetic person.  She loved on and encouraged a lot of people.  Pamela was a great minister, musician, songwriter and teacher.  She was an awesome and anointed songstress with vocals of an angel.  Pamela worked faithfully in all areas of the church.  She was a member of the well-known gospel/quartet group, Sanders and the Going Four and along with them, she traveled many places, many years singing and lifting up the name of Jesus!  She along with her husband did recordings with Ms. Ruby Anderson, where they performed live on the Bobby Jones Gospel Show.  Pamela was indeed a "woman of many hats."

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.W. Brewer Sr. and Elnora Brewer; brother, J.W. Brewer, Jr.; step-brother, Terry Henry.

Pamela memories will forever be cherished by her husband, Pastor Lee A. Sanders; daughter, Katrina (Ladrecus) Robinson; step-daughter, Sharon Webber; twin-sister, Phyllis Brewer; step-mother, Johnnie Mae Brewer; step-sister, Tracy Smith; her grandchildren, Keishaylan Sanders, LeDarius Sanders, LeJarius Sanders, Ladreya Robinson; great- grandchildren, Khloe Sanders, Kaiden Rogers, Brayden Fason; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Annie (William) Thomas, Mariah (John) Phinizee, Earnest (Rosie) Porter, Theodus (Beverly) Porter, Apostle John (Doltene) Sanders, Cleo (Ida) Sanders, Samella (Kenny) Bridges, Mildred (Tommie) Coleman, Pastor Bobby (Jackie) Sanders, John W.
