Samella Coley

Samella Coley entered this world on February 3, 1948 to Willie Ease Coley. She was a lifelong resident of Columbus and a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Samella was employed for nearly 40 years with the Mississippi Housing Authority in housekeeping. In her spare time, she enjoyed her floral garden and fellowship with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother; her sisters, Barbara Jean Neal, Jimmie Will Psalms, and Ruby Jean Brownlee; her brothers, Eddie Will Coley, Troy Lee Coley, Elisha Coley, and Elijah Coley.

Samella will be remembered by her sisters: Arlena Coley and Denise (Robert) Hawkins both of Columbus, MS; her brothers, Johnny Will Coley and James Dean Coley both of Flint, MI, Freddie Lee (Betty) Coley and Robert Earl Coley both of Columbus, MS, Willie James (Michelle) Coley and Rickey Lee (Thelma) Coley, Sr. both of Huntsville, AL. She will also be remembered by her nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
