Thomas Lee, Jr. was born August 23, 1961, to the union of the late Thomas Lee, Sr. and Mary Pearl Lee.

He worked as a roofer at Wheeler Roofing for 25 years. He quietly took his last breath on December 7, 2023, at 11:38 p.m.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother; brothers: Ronnie Tompkins and Sammie McCoy; uncles: J.W. Prude, C.W.L. Prude; Aunts: Rosie C. Prude and Maggie E. Webb.

He leaves to treasure his remembrance: a devoted wife, Vera Marie Lee; a loving brother, Ricky (Patricia) Lee, one aunt, Bernice Ellis all of Columbus, MS; one uncle, Booker T. Prude of Tuscaloosa, AL; two loving step-daughters, Tasha Laqwan Jones and Daphne Michele Mixon both of Columbus, MS; six step-grandchildren, Tyler Johnson of Columbus, OH, Bobby Knight, Jeremy Knight, Amber Johnson, Nadiyah Mixon, and his special "Dookie Bug", Cha'nya Mixon all of Columbus, MS; a sister-in-law who brought him much comfort, Betty Ann Johnson; and a friend/bonus , who was always there to catch his fall, Larry "Hack" Hackman, both of Columbus, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and loving cousins and friends.
