Timothy G. Thomas was born April 26, 1972, in Macon, MS to Frisk and Annie Jones Thomas. Timothy was employed with Wheaton Van Lines as truck driver. He was a member of Glenn Chapel C.M.E. Church.

Timothy departed this life on November 16, 2023, in Tuscaloosa, AL.

He is preceded in death by his father, Frisk Thomas and his biological father, Jimmie Turner; brothers-in-law, Tommie Shelton and Petty Jones.

Timothy leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Joyce Ann Thomas of Gordo, AL; his mother, Annie Thomas of Steens, MS; his children, Tyrone Chapman of Rapid City, SD, Ariyanna Thomas and Timothy Thomas, II both of Gordo, AL; his sisters, Candy Bradley, of Steens, MS, Rhonda Jones of Columbus, MS, Angelia Hill, Wonda Shelton, and Sandra Mayberry all of Macon, MS; one grandchild, Ka'Liyah Thomas of Gordo, AL; his nieces, Monica Turner, Terrisha Mayberry, Skyla Hill, Teyanna Washington, Erin Jones and Eriana Bradley; his nephews, Johnathan Turner, Tigi Shelton and Kylen Wells, Noah Jones and Eric Thomas; his brothers-in-law, Billy Gardner, Joseph Gardner, Raymond Jones, Willie Jones and Henry Jones; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Jones, Alice Jones, Marie Jones, Sarah Jones, Lizzie Gardner and; and  a host of other relatives and friends.
