Wanda Gail Brown Hollis was born May 2, 1962, to the late Jim Latham and Christine Hughes.

Gail confessed Christ at an early age at Union Baptist Church.
She moved to Columbus, MS in 1982. She met and married Roy Hollis in December 1989 and to this union two girls were born.

She met and married Robert Stewart in 2004.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Robert Stewart; her mother, Christine Hughes; one son, Reuben Howard; two daughters, Taroya Hollis and Shenaya Hollis all of Columbus, MS; grandchildren, Dequavious of Texas, Samara Jefferson of Ohio, K'Mia Hollis, Tamiia Hollis, Reuben  Howard, Keshara Howard and Chasen Nash all of Columbus, MS; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
